Description
Bullet Ring on Reload Weptek wanted to reward weapon users that did the boring act of reloading by setting off fireworks when inserting the clip. Limbs were lost but they then realized that by replacing the fireworks with their famous "Friendly Bullet Tech', they could maximize limb loss for enemies as well as minimize it for the user.
