Lippyplop

A massive repulsive creature. False icon of Shrampling faith, the loathsome Lippyplop. It sports a single hideous eye, no depth perception and a foul smelling aura. This beast evolved in the new ocean world order living of rotten corals and the generosity of mindless Shrampling followers.

Lippyplop is one of the four bosses in Antlantis. It is a large lobster in a shell with one large eye that travels by jumping incredible distances.

Behavior

Regular

• Dashes towards you a sizeable distance.
• A much quicker, more heavy hitting dash.
• Jumps at you, doing damage upon landing
• Winds up to shoot 3 slow moving bubble bullets straight at you.
• Sprays a volley of bullets towards you for a few seconds.
• Faces the camera and, after a short delay, sends out rings of bullets in one of two patterns simultaneously, one being a quick ring of bullets that is usually done repeatedly, and two rings of bullets that fires a fast one to the right and a slow one to the left. After a few volleys Lippyplop will face away from the camera.
• Performs a roar that does nothing.
• Notices a bit of food coming out of it's mouth and stops to suck it back in.

Corrupted

• All moves are now much faster and come out sooner.
• Will often perform the same move multiple times in quick succession.

Strategies

• During its bullet spray move, it's best to orbit around Lippyplop while both moving away from it and dodging to consistently dodge the attack. If you have a melee weapon, it's best to block it while retreating to reduce the risk of bullets hitting you from the sides.
• During it's corrupted double ring attack, dodge through the first fast ring but don't dodge through the first slow ring, then on the second volley dodge through the second fast ring while it is over the first slow ring, then finally dodge through the second slow ring.
