Description
One of the first inventions created by Professor Karkamas. The Flumpel proves that if you have enough bullets you don't need to aim well.

The Flumpel is a common ranged weapon. It is an odd blunderbuss-like weapon seemingly powered by air pressure or spring tension.

When reloading, the weapon is held upwards while lever under the weapon's barrel is repeatedly pumped like an air gun, causing the barrel to slowly retract into the grip. When finished, the weapon is spun back to level and the barrel returns to the forward position.

It fires a massive spread of around 20 pellets which have decent velocity, but poor range and individual damage.

Notes

• It is Karkamas's default starter weapon.
• The Flumpel is a competent shotgun weapon with an unusually good fire rate and ammo reserve, held back only by its short range.

Trivia

• Karkamas apparently has piles of these in his home, which inspired him to create the Shooting Star.
